AN AWESOME EVENING!!!

Thanks to our wonderful hosts Ester & Arthur Brooks, their sons, Carlos & Joaquim and daughter, Mareena whose warmth and friendliness were so welcoming from the moments the service members and their families stepped off the elevators.

The service members and their families enjoyed the roof top terrace views of downtown DC, the scrumptious buffet of steak, chicken, an array of roasted Spring vegetables and delectable desserts.

There was a selection of books for all to choose from, gift cards, ping pong and simon says for the children.

But more importantly, the camaraderie throughout the room highlighted the night.

Aleethia’s “Friday Night Dinner” toast…. “Here’s to the men and women of the United States Military, especially those serving in harm’s way.”
