Hot August Night!!! … so we moved Friday’s summertime BBQ indoors!
Aleethia’s “Friday Night Dinner” for August 12th was hosted by the Arlington-Fairfax Elks Lodge #2188.
The room will fill with veterans from OIF, OEF, Vietnam, Korea and WWII. Thanks to all of you for your Service!
Over 84 wounded/injured service members, their families and guests enjoyed a delicious array of Burgers, Fried Chicken, Italian Sausages, Hot Dogs with 20+ different side dishes all prepared and served by members of the Elks Lodge.

Our dear friends from “Freedom Petals” decorated the tables with fresh flower arrangements which filled the room with happy faces.
We wish to thank Steve Thiebaut/Avenge Inc. for providing “camo” backpacks for all the service members and airplane gliders for the children.
Aleethia extends a huge thank you to all the members of the Elks Lodge #2188 for the wonderful evening and a special thank you to the members who prepared and cooked all the wonderful homemade foods and desserts!!!
