“If they served in the military, then we’re there to help them”

The American Legion hosted Aleethia’s “Friday Night Dinner” on September 15, 2017, at the National Press Club.

Over 77 wounded/injured/ill service members, plus their families and guests enjoyed a delicious four-course dinner including an extremely large porterhouse steak dinner.

Joe Sharpe, Director of American Legion Veterans Employment & Education Division welcomed the service members and assisted in distributing grant items provided by the “Operation Comfort Warriors” program.

We were honored to “WELCOME HOME” four Vietnam Veterans Sam Davis, Steve Kennedy, Mike Basler & Aleethia’s Executive Director, Hal Koster of the 174th Assault Helicopter Company.
