The Phelps Family

The Phelps’ Family of Jeannette, Pennsylvania, hosted Aleethia’s “Friday Night Dinner.” For the past eight years, the family drives over four hours to Washington DC to join and to assist at a Friday dinner for wounded/injured/ill service members and their families. Brian, Tracy and Carl were able to join us but Eric was performing in his high school musical.

Over 68 wounded/injured/ill service members, family members and guests enjoyed a delicious four-course Steak dinner at the Capitol Hill Club.

We wish to thank Adrian for the wonderful Art History books; the “Knitting Group” for the handmade items; to Steve for the “buffs” and to the many other donors for all the unique “giveaways!”

Our little guests seemed to be very quiet tonight….maybe because Santa is coming to town in a few weeks!!!
