The Ambassador of Italy, Armando Varricchio and Defense Attaché General Luca Goretti enthusiastically hosted a dinner on November 30th for American Service Members and their families at the Embassy of Italy along with a delegation of Italian wounded Service Members who were visiting Washington DC.

During the evening, the Italian military personnel had the opportunity to spend time with their American colleagues. The camaraderie created a “bond that further sealed the excellent friendly relationship between Italy and the USA.”
